Defective case

"I am satisfied with the quality of the products, but the shipping took almost a month. Even though I paid $5 for shipping during the purchase, I still had to pay the carrier an additional $15 upon delivery. This extra charge was unexpected and disappointing. I also sent a message to the seller about this issue, but I didn’t receive any response at all.
