POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Takes forever to get a response and then the response is not helpful and does not directly answer the question. Customer Service evades the real issue. Horrible company to work with.

Service is very mocky. They can reply my messages by mail since week. I repeat, the return policy is awful. I bought a 3 phone cases, didn’t like the material of one of them and do not have any opportunity to return it! One of three cases, hello?! A also bought another accessories and was going to buy another things for my entire technic in uniq. But since the treatment of customer service and return policy in my case, I will not buy here any more and will not recommend it to my friends!

I didn’t receive my order

Not for this product, but for the whole shipping experience. UNIQ should aware customer about local tax it may occur, otherwise buyer will be charged a lot of money from government (including the shipping fee while they say it’s free!)
