ePromos is my favorite, my contact, Corey Boyer, Sr. Brand Manager gives me excellent service. He reaches out to keep me up to date with the status of my orders and informs me of a good time to complete my order to receive the items by the date I would need them (such as these backpacks, for a short notice, were a time sensitive order and was received in time for our gathering). He also reaches out to me after I have received the items. I am very pleased with ePromos.

loved the customer service i got from John but unfortunately the coasters stain really bad wish it didn't as we love how it looks. Shipping was fast as well.
