Worked with Stephen Dolence after chatting about customization and lead times for contractor calendars. Ordered 180 calendars, there was a pre-approval process for the design and payment. Everything went smoothly, ordered early October and received shipment well before the holidays. Stephen was wonderful to work with and made the ordering process easy. He followed up on the order and I told him about the issues with a broken package and how 14 calendars were ripped or dirty from the shipping facility. I documented the proof and he sent in Stephanie Johnson's direction. Stephanie communicated via email but was able to get the issues resolved to right the shipping issues. This happened within a week. She was quick and courteous. Overall, we have used Epromos for large calendars for the last three years and this was the first time we have encounter an issue. We will probably reorder again for the next go -around.

Only qualm is that there is not a Dec for prior year but not a big deal.
