Top notch.

Used to use a different brand but switched after a few friends recommended True Protein. Love the fact that all the proteins taste great, they mix well and great if you’re macro counting. Because there’s so many different flavours, I put it in my smoothies, yogurt, pancakes and make my own protein balls. Service has always been great and the only tricky decision is what flavour to get next!

delicious and works

True has the best tasting products that suit different health and lifestyle goals for my husband & I. My husband suffers dairy intolerances and loves the collagen protein mixed with the oats for those added carbs for muscle gain, while I use the collagen for loads of reasons but love that it is great tasting and low carb! I am a working mum of 4 year old twins and love the superfood shake as a quick meal replacement when I’m on the go! ZMA is fantastic recovery, and I have even replaced the occasional glass of wine with my greens blended with ice! It’s been easy to make & maintain lifestyle changes using True proteins great tasting products all available in a 1 stop shop!

This is one of the best proteins I have found after doing a lot of research, looking for low calorie and high protein. And it taste great!
