I've tried a few different proteins but true protein WPC 80 is the best !! Super smooth, amazing flavours (I tried the sample pack first and loved EVERY flavour) and super yummy. Makes taking protein so much more enjoyable Will definitely continue to buy True

After my morning workout, I have WPI 90 with skim milk or water & then feel satisfied until midday. I feel great afterwards 👍🏽
