Great taste and texture.
I have tried the mug cakes, the whey protein concentrate and the protein bars. They’re all really tasty, with a really good ingredient profile. The bars are expensive, but quality. I think of them as a treat/emergency standby. And the mug cakes are awesome for dessert! Esp after a lower protein dinner, they really up your macros for the meal/day. Add a bit of fruit and/or nuts and/or yoghurt after cooking for 35-45 sec. Yummo!
