My True whey powder and shake arrived in good time. The metal shake is perfect and easily cleaned. The Protein powder is tasty and a good breakfast substitute

After trying several different brands of protein powder which just tasted really artificial and horrid I was recommended True Protein by a friend at the gym. I was surprised that not only was it palatable but I actually like the taste - favourites being raw coconut, pina colada and salted caramel.

Excellent product - love the flavours, delicious in milk and filling. Doesn't have a weird texture like some protein powders and I recommend this to my friend's, which says a lot cause I'm very fussy with flavour and texture! 😆

True is the best protein powder I’ve tried! I can’t go back To any other brand. It doesn’t even effect my tummy!
