I was stoked to continue using True products. I've recently switched to the POST Protein and I'm stunned by the results. Really effective in aiding recovery and growth - it tastes amazing, and the solubility means that it always shakes to a smooth consistency. Probably the biggest thing is that the natural ingredients mean that it settles really well on the stomach and doesn't give me the same bloated gross feeling as if I have just drunk a whole bunch of fillers. The BCAA and Guatimine are also a big win.
