I bought this product as I want to shed a little body fat. I cannot comment (yet) on if it's working, as I've only been using it for a few days, but it mixes really well (with coconut water), tastes delicious and fills me up! It's fantastic for making and keeping me full for hours actually! I'd really recommend it for snack and the occasional meal substitute. Well done true.
