I ordered pens for myself, my husband and my young adult children for Christmas. I started using my pen immediately and am really disappointed. The ink is splotchy, not smooth and consistent, with skips in the flow. And the pen itself feels cheap.

Both pens did not work properly one would stay locked in the open position and the other 1 wouldn't open

Wish I'd known it was Chinese Junk. Never would have bought them, because the Gels don't work. Very Dissatisfied

it would be nice if you had an actual customer service person and a true warranty...
