I have purchased 10+ pens in every color as well as the bill fold in which I will soon purchase another! This in itself should indicate how enthusiastic I am about Everyman products!

Shipping was fast. Love the pen my only con is that the refill it comes with isn't the best and sometimes dry writes which is a major pet peeve of mine. However that will be fixed once I pick up a new and diffrent type of refill

Overall, we are really enjoying our pens, but the “clicker” feels cheap compared to the rest of the construction. Packaging was awesome, and shipping was fast.

When I had a problem with my pen, they were able to replace it quickly and get me back to doing what I needed to be doing (which is not dealing with customer service). Also, the pen is great. Holds the fisher space pen inserts that I love for this kind of pen. in short - I am a FAN!!

I love your Grafton pens. They write well and are nice to hold and are conversation starters with coworkers. My only issue is durability. I use them daily and the picket clip tends to loosen and it is difficult to retighten. It would be great to get extra screws to aid the process. I love the pens and I’ve ordered many but I would like to see that remedied. One also broke after dropping but you did replace it.
