Website doesn’t accurately picture what the bag tags look like. Disappointed

Really disappointed. I ordered over a month ago. I never received my first order. The company mentioned they would send me a re-order which two weeks later I’ve still not received.

We haven’t received the order and my emails to the company have not been responded to

Just waiting for arrival of tags before I can review
