I'm very pleased with this company, I'm very new with this and I found the website very easy to navigate and the design part of it it was very fun and exciting to design my own woven labels and hang tags for my clothing line and i was even able to print a pdf proof.The design team is very responsive, I had several questions for them even before placing my order, and when I had a little bit of an color issue with the final print for the hang tags they were prompt to admit that was an error and they offer the replacement right the way! I definitely recommend them and I will do business again with them for sure!
