Bought shoes for my son for prom. The first pair was too big (they run half size large). The return/exchange process was very easy and quick. The shoes look great and are really good quality!

I appreciate the ability search by size and color and that there are an abundance of shoes in my size (15). Few occasion where i saw them sold out the many times i looked over a few weeks. Also the different variety of dress show styles and colors makes me a fan of this site. The prices are definitely a positive as well.
