Product advertised as sleeve but it was a cage, not happy.

Ordered an overpriced machine even after the 20% discount which was difficult to secure. After I had ordered I read that returns could only be done if the box wasn’t opened. How the ell can quality, suitability etc be checked if yo7 can’t open the box? Suf&I’ve to say I opened the box and the item is probably worth £80 but can’t be returned despite being unused so an expensive mistake. It’s a stupid policy probably against UK policy but who wants to push this? Don’t fall for the same tricks.
