During my research, one of the bags didn’t produce any mycelium. I contacted them and I was sent a new syringe at no charge. I also had a few questions during the process and emailed them a few times. I got an answer each time within 24 hours. I’m still waiting for the mushrooms to grow and excited for the results! I will continue to do research by starting another bag soon.
