I absolutely love your products. You fill orders promptly and everything arrives in record time! Your videos are amazing--I learn so much from them! My only wishes are that it was a bit easier to access the PDFs for some of the older videos and that the boxes you use for shipping were not filled with packing peanuts. Is there any way for you to use paper-it is so much better for the environment!
