I've only purchased cigars from Regency twice. But both times the shipping was fast and the cigars extremely well packaged. They even included a hydration pack which was not necessary given the promptness of delivery. My latest purchase was some high end limited cigars and Regency even included an extra free cigar in the package. And not just any cheapo cigar either. Regency is a great place to buy cigars and I would highly recommend them!
