I had messed up, and realized the Friday before the wedding, which was on Sunday, that I hadn't completed the process and no tux was coming. My fault. Scott bailed me out, and got me a tux the next day. It fit like a glove. I'd recommend this service to anyone.

I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT MY TUX FITTING WITH MEASUREMENTS DONE THRU THE MAIL. I'M NOT A PERFECT SIZE. MY TUX FIT GREAT EXCEPT I COULD NOT BUTTON THE COAT. I CALLED UP AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO A VERY PLEASANT PERSON AND TWO DAYS LATER I HAD A PERFECTLY FITTED COAT. AFTER THE EVENT RETURNING THE TUX WAS SIMPLE. PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX,PUT RETURN LABEL ON BOX AND MAIL

Got the suit in time. the shirt didn't fit well, but i called them and got a replacement quickly without having to send the original back. All went well!

Excellent service! Tux showed up on time and fit great! I lost my shipping slip to return and the team at Mengiun was so kind and emailed it to me right away. Overall a great experience. I will use them again
