Great to work with

I had rented menguin for my own wedding and was very please with how everything turned out. But this review is for my interaction with customer service rep Taylor. I explained that due to my poor planning, I was in need of a tux rental in less than a week. Since my order was slightly complex, we continued my rental process over the phone. She explained that the tux would not reach my home residence in time. So I asked if I could send it to the destination of the wedding I was attended instead, which was in Long Island. Taylor assured me that due to the distance of the warehouse of menguin that the tux could arrive in 3 days max. Taylor also found the closest UPS access point to my air bnb which was a 15 minute walk away. My ups tracked showed that my tux would arrive the Tuesday before the Wednesday wedding but she assured me it would arrive by Monday. I arrived in Long Island on Monday and saw that my tux was available for pick up that same day. The fit was perfect and my wife complimented the look of my tux. Since I was leaving Long Island on thanksgiving day I was forced to bring it with me back to San Francisco to be shipped from California. Taylor spoked with a manger and they confirmed that return label was able to be sent from ca back to their headquarters. Overall a great experience with Taylor being a main reason that I will continue my support for menguin. Also the fact that there was no expedited fee for my order was awesome to see. I would like to add that I have worked and managed in boutique retail settings for over 8 years and Taylor’s quality of service was better than any service that I have experienced in person.
