I recently got married and had groomsmen all over the country, from New York to San Francisco. I had never used Menguin or any other online suit rental place and did not know anyone that had either. However, because I had groomsmen scattered everywhere, I wanted to try something that would be as convenient for them as possible. I'll be honest, I was incredibly skeptical at first. I couldn't understand how they could possibly get the sizes correct without being properly fitted. However, I went through with it after reading great reviews and I was NOT disappointed. All 11 suits we had in my party fit perfectly on the first try. None of us had to send it back to be resized. It was ridiculous how easy it was and we got so many compliments on how well the suits fit. I would highly recommend Menguin to anyone that is looking for a simple, convenient alternative to the traditional brick-and-mortar suit sizing. Additionally, I found Menguin's customer service to be some of the best in any industry. I never had long hold times on the phone. When I accidentally asked for the wrong color pocket square and didn't realize until I received my suit two weeks before my wedding, I called them up and they quickly shipped me a different color in just a couple days. I will encourage all of my buddies that are getting married to use Menguin for their suits from here on out.

Menguin offered the best way to rent a tuxedo. It was so easy. I was a little suspect that it was all handled online; however, the tuxedo and shoes fit perfectly! Great experience!

Had to get a new vest with 3 days to go before the event and they delivered one that fit without question. Excellent customer service.
