Delta dental is very good at getting their monthly payment from me.

I really do not like what I consider as sneaky plans. I pay for the higher plan, but not once was it said that some benefits will not kick in for a year. Very deceptive!

I hope you are considering the fact that most dentists are closed for anything other than an emergency. I have not been able to see my dentist since the shut down in mid-March. I hope you consider this situation for your customers. Thank you!

My husband and I recently contacted Delta Dental via website and have heard nothing back. In addition, we are on COBRA benefits because my husband retired. It is supposed to be family coverage including our children and they have had benefits denied stating no coverage. We have talked to ADM benefits 5 times and they assured us that they sent the information. We are not impressed with the level of service that we have received.

I called to question my insurance on a claim and was given an address by email to cancel my policy. I sent it and it came back as no such address. I WANT to cancel my policy because I have all fake teeth now and you cover ZERO for that. I need confirmation of my cancellation. bobmueller1@aol.com
