Delta Dental of Illinois

Still relatively new here. I am happy with the plan options and timeliness of claims review and settlement. Still need more time to see how other aspects of coverage play out.

My dentist is in network with Delta Dental. He is excellent and in our area not many excellent dentists are in any network. The premiums and coverage are in line with most other insurances. The company responsiveness is very good. Considering all these factors I am glad I have Delta Dental coverage.

Need to lower prices or cover more procedures

Slow with approving last claim, Office is not open at this time. Do we get a refund for months the office is closed.
