Shipping was ok on speed. Unboxing the thing was an adventure, but since the mirror and the frame itself were unbroken it was worth the effort. My only minus a star is because I wasn't clear from the dimensions if the cabidor deluxe would attach to my 2-hinge bathroom door or if I would need the wall mount kit. So I ended up buying a lot I didn't need. But I'm very happy with the purchase and mostly happy with the process, so it's good.

I think the instructions could be MUCH better. Even with a video tutorial, it was difficult to discern which way the holes/hinges faced and precisely how to hang the cabinet. It turns out that the parts were mislabeled (B / D stickers were switched) which explains why I had such a hard time! Nevertheless, better illustrations would provide quality control and a clearer idea of which piece is which, how they must be oriented, etc. Glad I figured it out after all, but it was a rough afternoon!

I like the product and concept however the size of the storage is about half the door width and you have to pay extra to mount it differently (where it's not visible) for the price that should be included.

The experience is straightforward, if they don't want a door, the installation is very straightforward. The packaging is horrendous though. I spent three times as long cleaning up the mess from this discombobulated packaging but I did actually installing the dang thing. All of you at cabidor need to rethink the packaging systems
