It was completely dead I contacted them and never got a response

I ordered this 6 days ago and am still waiting for the post office to receive it. I own an online store and actually make items when ordered and have them shipped in less than 2 days. There’s no excuse. Advertising with fast shipping is a complete lie. I’m thinking about canceling the order and ordering elsewhere.
