Customer service is terrible. Sent us the wrong speaker that we ordered on Black Friday and won’t overnight it to us so we now won’t have the correct one by Christmas even though it’s a gift for someone and we reached out to customer service weeks ago.

Defective product compounded by deceptive and crooked customer support. Sending me back the same defective battery.

Bad customer service and bad tech support

Terrible. I'd like my money back or a working replacement. These worked badly for 2 weeks then died.
