I got my order but while waiting for it, I found I hadn't gotten a confirmation with order number and expected delivery date. Was a bit unsettling with all the scams going on now. Also, no way to contact you except through e-mail. Again- unsettling.

I bought some earbuds in the past that I loved. When I tried to buy the same ones again they would not charge. I had a hard time returning them and the replacements were able to charge but did not hold a charge. I tried a different style hoping to have an experience like the first pair I got. They are poorly designed and I plan to. retyrn them.

I received my Echo before the OontZ arrived & it offers an even BIGGER bass response (because it is 10 times as big & heavy). No reflection on the quality of YOUR product - but I can't connect both of them. Please help me return it. Thank you.
