I would encourage the company to make the clasp more user friendly for older users who may not have the strength in their hands. The other option would be to give more options to order 32' so it can be removed over the head.

My necklace had water damage and became unusable. I reordered one. It took forever to receive the replacement. I asked for a refund for the months I didn’t use the service but IE W never addressed that request. It doesn’t seem fair to pay for it when I don’t have it.
