Horrible. Not as advertised

Bought this a few years ago, loved it. Bought a replacement, it is no longer compatible with my phone OS. Sent it back for a refund. Phones are too expensive to replace just for this. How about making the battery replaceable? How about supporting different OS. I mean it was working before you changed it. Very disappointed
