Great service, just wish that the device batteries could be changeable.

So far, so good. The scrunchie seems like it is working for me. I’m not continuously accidentally setting off the alarm. I’m cautiously optimistic that this will work for me in the long term.

I probably should've done more research before buying. It's over 100 for the jewelry, and then you have to subscribe monthly to use it. The jewelry does not tarnish but it does dull in color. The device fell apart but customer service was awesome and helped replaced my invisawear in a reasonable time. It does give me and my mom a peace of mind wearing it.

I had a problem with the charm on my bracelet not responding to double clicks, customer service is working on it for the time being. Also, hopefully in the future as tech advances, the charm itself can be traced like our phones. The ADT app works great though.
