The support was amazing in getting a new pendant for my mother after the one she was wearing stopped working, for what I believe was an accident wearing it washing dishes or in the shower.

The price for the bandits, I think, is $10 too high so I buy very few of them. They are a good quality as I wear all the time. Shipping is standard. Would buy again
