Customer service great. Replaced necklace. However, charms on backwards. The latch to hold the pendant was catching on the chain. I went to jeweler who replaced the latch and added a loop at end of chain so pendant and charms don’t fall off

I've always had good service with invisware anytime I call in I get a call back from a person who speaks English what a wonderful thing and I am not asked to train their AI I hate training AI not qualified to but they care more about their customers than putting them through the hassle of not being able to speak to English not knowing what they're talking about in training that's AI there the ladies that call you back are so kind and so helpful they are number one in my opinion of customer service and that's important my equipment has always worked and I have always been very happy with everything I bought I don't think you'll ever get better service anywhere this is my favorite customer service
