At first I was disheartened
At first I was disheartened by the Invisawear product because it stopped working soon after I pruchased it. Then when I was told to ship it back for tech support and provided a label to do so, it appears the bracelet never made it back to Invisawear. I guess that's a USPS issue. Anyhoo, in the end customer service at Invisawear turned out to be amazing. They were attentive from the beginning to the end in resolving my issue, and I am now wearing a rerplacement bracelet. Thank you very much!
