I could not get the charm set up on my flip phone and could not find a customer service number to call. I did email a message concerning my problem, but I didn't hear back immediately, so I requested a return label, boxed it up, and was in the process of returning it when i received a call from a representative. My response to her was, you are probably going to have to resell me on this necklace. She was so patient and didn't try a sales pitch. She just started asking me questions about my phone. Before I knew it we were connected. I was so relieved, because I had been so disappointed. The necklace is so beautiful that i considered keeping it for jewelry. But I really wanted the protection because I spend so much time on my own and in the past have had some situations where this would have been very helpful. Needless to say I am ecstatic about having this service and know these people are just a phone call away if I have any problems. And it is so affordable!!
