For me, buying today is about service and care, not so much the purchase itself. This is my second guitar I have purchased from Tapestry, both without really seeing or playing either guitar, and both the White Rock and Vancouver teams were both top notch! The latest purchase from the Vancouver store, a Yamaha Revstar Element, I could not find in any store in Alberta. The Tapestry team called me after I placed the order, to make sure I know I was buying their last one, so it was a display model. That had me hesitant, as I was worried about possible wear and tear on what was to be a new instrument. The staff assured me that the guitar was in good shape, with some minor scratches that they would ensure were cleaned up before they shipped it. Shipping took all of 5 days in total, which was great, and the guitar looks and feels fantastic! I would and do highly recommend Tapestry Music to anyone looking for new gear. They do their best to look after you and make you feel like you are important to them as a customer. That makes the difference for me any time! Their products are great too, but the customer service makes the difference every time!
