First shoes didn’t fit. The exchange process was such a hassle. First pair/color way I got were too small, so I exchanged for a larger size when they were STILL AVAILABLE only to be told days later that my size wasn’t available, which leads me to believe you prioritize new orders over exchanges - not a good way to build a repeat client base. None of the other colors in that style were even close to what I wanted, so I had to exchange for a more expensive style, which you made me pay the difference of. You offered me a $15 store credit, which you wouldn’t apply to my exchange that I had to pay more money for. When my exchanged shoes finally shipped, they arrived damaged because a size 12M clearly does NOT fit in your standard shoe box size. They were shoved into the box, leaving a permanent crease in the only hard part of the shoe which causes blisters on the back of my foot. You should be using larger shoe boxes for larger sized shoes. Overall not a great experience at all with this company. While the shoes are cute, I really don’t suggest shopping here.
