Elite Customer Service
I ordered this fun book for my daughter and her fiancé as a gift. Unfortunately it showed up warped from transit. I reached out to customer service and notified them my reason for ordering and to see if a replacement could be sent. The response time was within the same day, and that is said for every email sent back and forth. They offered to send a replacement, after showing photos of the damage, and to ship it expedited so I have it in time for her engagement party. Every email from them was kind and understanding and with a resolution in mind, THIS is what customer service should be modeled after. I can’t say enough about how impressed I have been with this company and Trixie. A million thank yous!!
