Paint dried up and cracked from being so dry. No instructions that needed to add water to paint, etc

Hard to write a review of a product I have yet to receive.

Lack of communication on site. Did not notate Item description that camera will be delayed for 3 months. Steal your money, emails about getting a refund or wait 3 months from purchase and hopefully receive it. Customer service fail all around.

I ordered March 22nd. I ordered early because of everything shutting down. May 10th I contacted then it took a week to get back to me. they replied with it will ship soon. the next day I got a shipping notice. I needed it before June 19. June 5th I looked and it still had not shipped. I contacted again, they replied with give a few days to update. June 13th I contacted again, All the shipping said on the FedEx site was pending pickup from seller. I get a reply June 18th they will issue a refund or reship. I opted for thr refund which took 2 weeks. So my husband didn't get an anniversary gift!

Taking forever to order. Ordered over a month ago. Took them 3 weeks, and me to reach out, for them to tell me that the order won’t be sent out for 2 months. When I ordered, the site never said anything about it being delayed. Waited and waited and finally emailed them only for them to tell me it’ll be august when I receive it. Then 2 weeks after that, that say mid September. Not very professional. Even during Covid, 3 months to get a product? I know most major businesses are still running so it can take that long to order anything.
