We purchased the kids adventure bundle and one of the books was delivered and damaged. I reached out to the company and they issued a new book to us right away free of charge.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because when I originally purchased the bundle, I forgot to put the discount code in. I emailed them right away and sent them a message on their chat platform too. After more than several days of not hearing from them and checking my emails and spam folder for a response. I went back to the chat platform and noticed 3 messages from them willing to help me, I didn't get any notifications that they responded back to the chat platform, and because of that they never honored the discount code for me. That's the only flaw that I have with this company, otherwise everything else was flawless.
This doesn't deter me from buying from this company though. I would absolutely buy from them again but now I know if I send a chat to always check back because you won't get an alert when they respond to you.
