I was unable to find my tracking information due to my own mistake of inputting the wrong email address at the time I ordered. I reached out and the customer service representative responded to my email very quickly. They provided tracking and changed my email address for me. After it was delivered they checked to ensure I received my package. I feel the representative went above and beyond for such a small request. Very much appreciated. Can’t wait to start my challenges

I ordered the adventure challenge for couples, and somehow got charged twice for 2 separate orders. I sent an email requesting one of the doubled orders be canceled. I received a polite and professional email response very quickly, and the money back in my account in less than a day. Very satisfied with their customer service. I love the products I've ordered! I received The Adventure Challenge Couples last year and love the adventures and memories my partner and I have created. I decided to order the In Bed version last week and it arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and Ana was fantastic.
