Shipping was fast

Bottles break and I’m unable to use products afterwards, super disappointing because I do love the actual products. It’s happened four times now with four different bottles, can’t continue to be a customer :(

Company has great service but some of the products need to be a little bigger for the price and more environmentally friendly packaging. Plain recyclable tubes would cost less and enable you to give the consumer a extra ounce or two.

Terrible!!!! I have not received my product!!!!!

My parcel was apparently 'left with neighbour/front desk/other' from courier which I never received and was constantly given the run around to sort the matter out by myself with no assistance from Cosmedix. No refund or responsibility taken by Cosmedix now im $200 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Strongly advise against!!
