I had very poor customer service when I reached out for information which caused me to order something that wasn't as nice as what I originally wanted. It was shipped very quickly and the CSR who followed up was apologetic but the item already shipped. The treads don't stay in place well. I have yet to wash them so we'll see how they hold up. But they are nice looking and have helped keep dogs from slipping.
