Great smoke after it was all said and done, but the UI on the website needs a lot of help and the supply of papers was either far to expensive or out of stock

Well it took me a while to get to know my device and use it before I give a review, and I have to say than it has not been and experience that I can brag about. Every time I have used my mold, and I follow the directons to the letter, but the flowers sticks to the sides of the mold and breaks apart. I make sure flowers are dry and not moist, the sticks does not slide out real easy, causing flower in the mold to break apart while pulling stick out. I have not found any videos on your web site showing the easy way to build and smoke the best cannagar. I have to say that I and more than a little disappointed that I can not build one without having it break in half, or in three parts that are too small to smoke.

I purchased the small mix kit. After packing 3 it started getting hard to pack so I cleaned it with alcohol. After about 12 cigars and 3 washes, the mold just broke in half… it was nice while it lasted tho

I bought the small kit and all of the filter pieces and the wrap were all way too big.

I have the mondo mold, and it was WAY too big for me in SO many ways, do I bought the smallest one... STILL way too big. I will try rhe cigarillo version if they ever make one and just wish I could get my money back for the 2 sizes I have...
