Josh is the man!

I was very happy with the service and communication from FLS throughout my order. Ordering online was a simple process, and I appreciated they made sure my file was the correct one when I accidentally uploaded a second incorrect one. Some room for improvement would be the bottom of the banner design didn't need nearly as much room as the template asked for, so there's more white space than I would've liked.

We requested the flags to have number 3 and 12 but they arrived with the number “1” on both the flags.

They were responsive and helpful with creating the template design from the samples I've provided. Automated daily reminders were received to review and make a decision on the proposed design drafts. The production and shipping were super fast after a decision was made! Products were received within a few days. Would use them again in future! Thank you!
