great quality , looked like the doors to the tops were a bit uneven making it a bit difficult to open and close but nothing i can’t handle. overall it’s very well for holding my crystals when charging etc. shipping was fast and easy also which is great.

I had a gift card burning a hole in my pocket and since I couldn't go shopping in the store, I selected several items to purchase online. One small item was missing in my order when I received it. I contacted customer service via email and received a very quick response. They immediately corrected the problem to be sure I was satisfied and apologized for overlooking the item. This is how good customer service works. I will be shopping at Earthbound again in the near future.
