My first order of this bag, within a few days of receiving the bag and first use, the stitching around the zipper tore. Earthbound Trading promptly contacted me and replaced the bag free of charge, including shipping. The bag is perfect for my small change purse/credit card folder, cell phone, sunglasses and lipstick!! Customer service is A+ 100%. We travel the world quite a bit and this bag is perfect for day trips and excursions!!

Just love the unisex pants and slipper, they were the best things ever!
