Bought this as a gift for my husband in the XL, the size fit according to the measurements, but he decided for him to ride more comfortably he wanted more shoulder room, so I reached out to Beyond Riders to exchange it for a 2XL. I received a response quickly, and while at first the process seemed like it may be clunky, Jack was easy to communicate with and made this process pretty easy. Once my return was received, they immediately sent out the new size. I was also concerned that I was reaching the deadline for the allowable return timeframe, but since it was during the holiday season, Jack assured me there would be no issue if I was just past the deadline. I know some of the previous reviews don't have great things to say about return/exchange process, but Jack made this very easy for me, and I would order from them again. Thank you!
