I ended up having to return the hoodie I purchased due to a mistake I made in the sizing, so I followed their posted return instructions and received a follow up email from a Beyond Riders rep only a short time later - after hours. I was shocked and thoroughly impressed. The rep was great to work with and made the whole return process as easy as can be. I prioritize customer service when deciding whether or not to be a return customer with any business and Beyond Riders exceeded my expectations. So they've got a return customer.
