My pants and pads were taking an extremely long time to even get a shipping status. So, I contacted your Customer Service to talk to someone about this problem. They explained the global shipping issues. Then, they provided me with with a refund of 20% of the order for the delay ($47. 99). I thought that this was an excellent business practice.

I’m very impressed with the shirts/jackets, awaiting my straight leg pants to try them. The communication has been great and they went above and beyond to get me my order in time for a trip. Shipping can be slow as they come from over seas unless you get it from California.

I will give 5 stars because despite it taking over a month to receive my shirt they did refund the shipping costs. My recommendation would be more communication with the customer when delays arise.
